Product Counsel

About the role

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Product Counsel to join our legal team and provide advice and support to our management and internal clients on various product related areas including product design, development and release, marketing, data protection, security and compliance. You will be working closely with our product management, engineering, design, product marketing, support, operations, compliance and business line executives.

What you'll do

• Partner closely with product management, engineering, design, product marketing, support
• Advise on requirements affecting all stages of a product's life cycle, including design, development, marketing, public relations, product launch and distribution
• Support sales cycle, including developing and managing options for company agreements (including with customers, partners and vendors), answering questions
• Serve as a liaison and issuer spotter for other legal team members in a matrixed organization with product teams, including in the areas of intellectual property
• Ensure compliance with U.S. and international laws and regulations and company policy dealing with intellectual property, privacy, security
