About the role

Functional reporting to Leadership, R&D – Electronics

What you'll do

  • Own end-to-end product quality and reliability performance of EV controllers from development through field operation
  • Design and develop electronics systems including Motor control unit, DCDC converters, BMS, Charger, Vehicle control unit etc
  • Create detailed design documentation, schematics, and PCB layouts
  • Lead end-to-end failure analysis of EV controllers and drive root cause investigations using methodologies such as 8D, 5 Why, FMEA, FTA, Fishbone, and RCA
  • Analyze field, warranty, manufacturing, and vehicle log data to identify trends, recurring issues, and reliability concerns
