About the role

What you'll do

• Define and execute product growth strategies aligned with company objectives and user needs
• Identify growth opportunities across acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization funnels
• Translate data, customer insights, and market signals into prioritized product experiments and roadmap items
• Work closely with engineering and design teams to scope, build, and launch growth initiatives
• Design and analyze A/B tests, feature experiments, and funnel optimizations to improve product performance

What you need

• 3–6 yrs of experience
• Analytics
• BBA or B.Tech or B.E. or B.Sc or BCA or MBA
