Product Management - Lending Product | Experience : 4 -8 yrs

About the role

As a Product Manager, you will work closely with Business, Product, Solution Architecture, and Engineering teams to translate customer and business needs into scalable product solutions. You will own requirements, PRDs, product roadmaps, and execution, leveraging your lending domain expertise to solve complex problems.

What you'll do

• Own requirements, PRDs, product roadmaps, and execution, leveraging your lending domain expertise to solve complex problems
• Drive cross-functional alignment, enable faster decisions, resolve roadblocks, and lead Agile/Scrum processes
• Working closely with vertical product managers/ business leads to understand product use cases, customer journeys, business applicability and impact of each use case
• Make sure that clear, simple, and technically sound decisions are made
• Lead product team processes (Agile/Scrum) and manage expectations and track roadmap regularly

What you need

• 4–8 yrs of experience
• PRD writing
• Agile
• B.Tech or B.E. or B.Sc or BCA
