Product Management - Paytm Insurance I Exp - 3 to 6 Years

About the role

We're looking for product managers who think deeply about consumers and move fast. You'll own a meaningful area of product used by a large and diverse set of Indian consumers, making decisions that show up in people's hands within weeks. This is a role for builders who treat ambiguity as opportunity.

What you'll do

• Own the strategy and execution for your product area end to end — from identifying the right problem to shipping and iterating
• Spend real time understanding users (not just reading research decks), translate insight into crisp product bets, and partner closely with design, engineering
• Be measured on outcomes, not output, and you'll be expected to drive your area with minimal hand-holding
