Product Management - Product Manager I - Payments(Refunds)

About the role

Payments - Refunds aren't a cost center, they're a trust signal. Every refund processed is a promise kept. As the PM for our Refunds Platform, you'll own the systems that handle 150M+ transactions daily, sitting at the intersection of payments infrastructure, banking relationships, AI innovation, and customer experience.

What you'll do

• Define and drive the product strategy for refund processing at scale
• Identify, scope, and ship AI-powered capabilities - anomaly detection, intelligent retry logic, fraud signal enrichment, and automated reconciliation
• Translate complex financial and regulatory requirements into clear, buildable specs
• Partner with Engineering on architecture decisions - you don't need to code, but you need to understand tradeoffs
