About the role

UPI is the backbone of India's digital payments revolution — and Paytm is one of its largest participants, processing hundreds of millions of transactions every month. We are looking for a Product Manager to join our UPI team and drive product strategy, user growth, and experience excellence across our UPI-powered flows.

What you'll do

  • Own end-to-end product vision, roadmap, and execution for one or more UPI surfaces
  • Drive seamless payment flows: initiation, authentication, success/failure states, and post-transaction experience
  • Continuously improve funnel metrics — conversion, success rate, and drop-off — through A/B testing and experimentation
  • Work with NPCI guidelines and stay ahead of regulatory changes to ensure compliance without compromising experience
  • User Experience & Growth
