What you'll do

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for consumer-facing UPI experiences
• Own critical customer journeys across UPI onboarding, payments, mandates, payment management, and engagement
• Identify opportunities to leverage Generative AI and AI Agents to simplify customer journeys, improve payment success
• Write high-quality PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, success metrics, and launch plans
• Drive rapid experimentation through A/B testing and data-driven decision making

What you need
