Product Management - UPI Product | Experience : 6-9 yrs

About the role

We're looking for a Product Management to own and scale our UPI product charter — one of the largest and most consequential product surfaces in Indian fintech. This is a role for someone who is equal parts strategic operator and hands-on builder — someone who can set a multi-year vision for UPI and translate it into a roadmap that ships.

What you'll do

• Drive core UPI metrics — transaction success rate, activation, retention, P2P/P2M growth, and market share — with full ownership of the P&L levers that matter
• Champion an AI-first product culture: identify where Generative AI, ML-based risk models, conversational interfaces, and intelligent automation can simplify journeys
• Be the voice of the customer — using consumer research, funnel analytics, and cohort data to challenge assumptions and prioritize ruthlessly
• Own stakeholder and partner management across NPCI, banking partners, regulators, and internal risk/compliance/legal teams
• Drive quarterly and annual planning cadences, set measurable OKRs, and stay accountable to outcomes, not output
