Product Manager – FinTech

About the role

The organization is seeking a highly qualified Product Manager – FinTech with 3 to 4 years of relevant professional experience to spearhead the strategic planning, development, and expansion of enterprise financial technology solutions.

What you'll do

• Analyze market dynamics, customer demand, and operational inefficiencies to formulate actionable enterprise product initiatives
• Engage closely with Engineering leadership to ensure precise technical implementation of product requirements
• Collaborate with User Experience (UX/UI) teams to establish seamless, efficient, and enterprise-grade user journeys
• Manage and refine the product backlog based on quantifiable business value, technical feasibility, and strategic priority
• Partner with Quality Assurance to define test strategies, edge-case coverage, and formal acceptance criteria
