About the role

Understand the product key features, the documentation content and process involved for execution of the same ( e.g. approvals, submission of forms, records, etc) Ensure Cross functional alignment and drive execution from internal stakeholders like Credit, Operations, product teams, etc. Share data, insights and best practices from within the company and outside to constantly help improve the processes.

What you'll do

• Liaise with multiple stakeholders to aid creation and implementation of new to bank processes with respect to Fintech Partnerships
• Communicate effectively with interrelated departments for query resolution and processing of documents
• Ensure Cross functional alignment and drive execution from internal stakeholders like Credit, Operations, product teams, etc
• Follow standardized processes and maintain TAT

What you need

• 1–3 yrs of experience
• Working capital
• MIS reporting
