Product Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a strategic, high-impact Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for IRIS CARBON’s SaaS compliance solutions. Positioned at the intersection of Product Management, Demand Generation, and Direct Sales, you will translate complex financial/ESG regulatory requirements into compelling value propositions, high-converting enablement assets, and category-defining campaigns.

What you'll do

• Go-to-Market Strategy & Launches
• Architect and execute global GTM frameworks for core XBRL/iXBRL reporting solutions and emerging ESG compliance modules
• Define precise ICPs, buyer personas (CFOs, Controllers, ESG Directors, Legal Compliance), and value messaging frameworks tailored to global regulatory shifts
• Sales Enablement & Content Strategy
• Equip enterprise sales and demand generation teams with high-impact pitch decks, competitor battlecards, ROI calculators, case studies, and demo scripts
