Product Operations Analyst

About the role

The Product Operations Analyst builds and runs the daily operations of Casepoint's product organization. This includes planning routines, customer insight systems, cross-functional workflows, and the tools the product team uses every day. This role helps product teams ship faster and with higher quality by making sure the team's processes, meetings, and information are simple, reliable, and useful.

What you'll do

• Maintain strong communication routines with the product team and keep the team on track to meet dates and deliverables
• Partner with the Scrum Master team to strengthen PI Planning from the product side
• Build the systems that turn customer signal into product decisions
• Take ownership: You treat outcomes as your own responsibility, not someone else's problem
• Take action: You make progress even with incomplete information, then improve based on what you learn

What you need

• 5–7 yrs of experience
