Product Scale-Up & NPD Management

About the role

We're looking for an experienced Product Scale-Up & NPD Manager to drive the commercialization of our private label food products. This role will bridge product development and manufacturing by identifying the right manufacturing partners, scaling formulations from lab to commercial production, and ensuring successful product launches.

What you'll do

• Lead product scale-up activities from pilot batches to commercial production
• Work closely with manufacturers to commercialize new food products
• Coordinate product trials, process optimization, and first commercial production runs
• Collaborate with internal NPD, sourcing, quality, and category teams to ensure timely product launches
• Identify and onboard new manufacturing partners across the Mumbai, Pune, and Nashik belt

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience
• Food safety
• Any graduate
