About the role

Product Specialist at MSCI. Product Specialist is a very crucial role within MSCI Analytics business.

What you'll do

  • Provide functional and analytical training and education to various members of the client organization during implementation
  • Raise request to product team for any client requirements which cannot be served out of current available functionalities
  • Collect project scope information from Sales team
  • Prepare Onboarding specification based on project scope and client requirements so that the same can be used during handover of clients to BAU service team after…
