Product Specialist (Product Manager) - Tomato Crop

About the role

Inputs Seed Production needs of PLC 5 to 6 & 6 to 7 for the territory. Consolidates CU or Territory Trial reports (PLC6) to support advancement decision and promotional activities Gives technical support to key producers, leverages technical knowledge to the sales team to prepare sales arguments and after sales support.

What you'll do

• Develop strategy and Shaping product portfolio for a given set of crops/geography to meet customer segment needs
• Developing product strategies for a given geography , collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product alignment with business goals
• Planning trials: define the standard varieties, trial seeds allocation and standard key traits for evaluation of the PLC 6 trials
• Define and drive New Product Introduction (NPI) strategy and Plans with the Customer Experience campaigns
• Drive variety naming and activate registration / IP protecting including trials
