About the role

The MASS Income team is an established business responsible for managing more than $29bn in income-oriented model portfolios and funds globally with a robust commercial pipeline. The Team is currently seeking a motivated individual to help position the platform to support long-term growth. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of technological expertise, market and industry knowledge, and will be driven to deliver exceptional results.

What you'll do

• Leverage technology, AI and Python to develop scalable tools, automate workflows, and enhance client content and investment analytics
• Build tools and visualizations to better present data and analytics to clients
• Collaborate closely with senior investors, sales & distribution, marketing, legal and other internal stakeholders
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy decisions and drive the product roadmap
• Support all aspects of commercial growth, including developing marketing materials and completing RFPs
