About the role

The Product Support Analyst (Market Data) will sit within Cassini’s Product Team, serving as the subject matter expert for all market data flows across the platform. The role's purpose is to ensure Cassini's data infrastructure works as intended end-to-end – from upstream vendor sourcing through to downstream consumption in Cassini's calculations.

What you'll do

• Maintain a thorough understanding of all upstream data sources and vendor feeds
• Monitor data quality and proactively identify and resolve gaps, anomalies, and failures
• Ensure downstream data flows function as expected
• Act as the second-line escalation point for market data related issues from Support & other client facing teams
• Distinguish between upstream data failures, transformation issues, and configuration errors

What you need

• 3–6 yrs of experience
• SQL

• AWS
• Any graduate
