Production Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Production Analyst / Production Supervisor to manage end-to-end production line operations while ensuring achievement of production targets, quality standards, and continuous improvement objectives.

What you'll do

• Production Planning & Plan vs. Actual Management
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production plans against actual output and ensure on-time delivery commitments
• Analyse production variances and implement corrective actions to achieve production targets
• Coordinate with Planning, Stores, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure uninterrupted production flow
• Prepare and present Daily Production Reports (DPR), KPI dashboards, and performance reviews

What you need

• 2–4 yrs of experience
• Production planning
• Lean manufacturing
• Quality control
• TPM
• Root cause analysis
• Kaizen
• B.Tech or B.E. or Diploma
