The Production Head for the Refurbishment Unit will be responsible for leading and managing the entire production process, ensuring the efficient refurbishment of pre-owned two-wheelers in accordance with quality standards and timelines. This role requires a hands-on leader with a leadership — someone who can track plan vs. actual performance, proactively

What you'll do

• And implement production schedules to meet refurbishment targets
• Plan vs. actual production on a regular (daily/weekly) basis and drive
• Corrective action to close gaps
• With other departments to ensure seamless coordination of resources
• And enforce quality control standards for the refurbishment process

What you need

• 13–18 yrs of experience
• Quality control
• Mechanical engineering
• Production planning
• Safety management
• B.Tech or B.E.
