What you'll do

• Lead and manage end-to-end production operations to achieve production targets
• Plan and optimize manpower, machinery, materials, and other manufacturing
• Resources to maximize productivity, equipment utilization, and operational
• Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, SOPs, statutory regulations, and all applicable
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen

What you need

• 15–17 yrs of experience
• SAP
• ERP
• Lean manufacturing
• TPM
• Preventive maintenance
• Mechanical engineering
• B.Tech or B.E.
