Professional Services Architect

About the role

Professional Services Architect at SentinelOne. Act as the primary technical owner for customer engagements spanning SentinelOne EDR/XDR deployments and Prompt Security implementations.

What you'll do

• Lead technical discovery, solution design, and architecture across endpoint protection, identity, cloud security, and security operations
• Deploy and configure Prompt Security across enterprise scenarios, including employee AI tool access, developer AI workflows, home-grown AI applications
• Advise customers on AI governance, data protection, and policy enforcement, addressing risks such as prompt injection and shadow AI usage
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during active deployments, escalating appropriately when complex architectural decisions arise
• Partner with pre-sales teams to scope engagements and provide technical input into Statements of Work (SOWs)
