About the role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Design to lead the engineering and architectural design for next-generation AI datacenter developments. You will drive core & shell architecture, high-density Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) infrastructure, and advanced cooling technologies to support high-performance computing (HPC) and hyperscale deployments.

What you'll do

  • Design Leadership: Lead end-to-end design strategy, standards, and execution for core & shell and MEP systems for ultra-high-density hyperscale data centers
