About the role

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead and drive strategic business initiatives across multiple functions. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, stakeholder management, governance, and successful delivery of large-scale programs while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

What you'll do

• Define program goals, scope, timelines, milestones, and success metrics
• Drive end-to-end program execution across multiple projects and workstreams
• Coordinate with business, technology, operations, risk, and compliance teams to ensure seamless delivery
• Monitor program progress, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation plans
• Establish governance frameworks and provide regular status updates to senior leadership
