About the role

The Program Manager – Compliance, Digital Banking will drive the end-to-end regulatory, compliance, operational risk, audit and third-party governance agenda for Digital Banking. The role acts as a central coordination point across Digital Banking and key control and governance functions, ensuring regulatory commitments, audit observations, risk events, vendor assessments and governance requirements are tracked through to timely closure.

What you'll do

• Regulatory & Compliance Governance
• Own and coordinate the compliance governance agenda for Digital Banking programmes
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of monthly and quarterly RBI regulatory reporting and coordinate responses to regulatory queries
• Track regulatory commitments and maintain supporting documentation and evidence for review
• Coordinate closure of RBI CSITE observations relevant to Digital Banking
