What you'll do

• Program Leadership & Governance
• Develop program strategies and plans, including stakeholder assessment, leadership alignment, change readiness, and end-user training
• Define short- and long-term goals, KPIs, and objectives; develop and execute against the operational plan
• Establish and maintain the appropriate framework, governance structure, and metrics to manage programs effectively
• Manage all delivery resources and activities within clearly defined, defensible project plans
