About the role

The Program Officer – Training & Implementation leads health systems strengthening work in the district, planning the district programme, coordinating with officials, and ensuring interventions are implemented and monitored on the ground.

What you'll do

Coordinate with district and block officials on implementation, building government ownership of interventions
Attend sector, block, and district-level meetings, keeping programme priorities visible within government review platforms
Provide facility-level inputs for NQAS, QIC, BQAC, and DQAC meetings, supporting facility quality certification work
Monitor activities and support quality improvement at facilities, identifying systemic gaps early
Track district data and report progress accurately and on time
