About the role

Proven track record of leading recruitment teams and achieving hiring targets. Expertise in sourcing through job portals, professional networks, employee referrals, and social media channels.

• Lead large-scale hiring and shape talent strategy in a fast-growing organisation
• Manage and develop high-performing recruitment teams with real business impact
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for volume and specialised hiring requirements
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to achieve hiring targets within agreed timelines
• Monitor recruitment metrics, SLAs, and hiring performance
