Project Assistant & Document Controller

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Assistant & Document Controller with 8–10 years of professional experience in the aviation sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project documentation, coordination, and compliance, ensuring seamless management of project deliverables and workflows.

What you'll do

• Manage project documentation, including reports, drawings, correspondence, contracts, and submissions, using established document control systems and versioning protocols
• Maintain organized filing structures and ensure timely distribution of documents to project teams
• Track approval workflows, comments, and revisions to maintain accurate records of document status
• Support project managers with scheduling, meeting coordination, preparation of Minutes of Meetings (MoMs), progress reports, presentations, and project trackers
• Assist in maintaining project timelines and ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule
