Project Control Head - Mumbai

About the role

Reporting to the Head - PMO, you will: Lead the Project Controls function for large-scale, complex industrial capital projects. Holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering; a Master's qualification in Project Management would be an advantage. Brings 15-20 years of progressive Project Controls experience across large-scale EPC, EPCM, or industrial construction programs.

What you'll do

• Reporting to the Head - PMO, you will: Lead the Project Controls function for large-scale, complex industrial capital projects
• Establish integrated project control frameworks covering planning, scheduling, cost, resources, progress, and performance measurement
• Develop and govern robust project baselines and ensure alignment across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning
• Lead implementation and governance of Earned Value Management (EVM) to provide accurate visibility on project performance
• Drive schedule development, critical path analysis, resource loading, schedule optimization, and recovery planning
