This leadership role involves the strategic oversight and management of large-scale projects within the region, ensuring excellence in delivery and alignment with the company’s goals. As a Project Director, you will be responsible for providing direction and support to project teams, maintaining high standards of quality and safety, and fostering relationships with stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage comprehensive project planning and execution processes, ensuring alignment with client expectations and regulatory standards
• Oversee project budgeting, forecasting, and scheduling, ensuring projects are delivered on scope and within financial parameters
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination among project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities
• Implement project governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges proactively
