What you'll do

• Document Controller is responsible to execute Document Management (DoM) activities at project level
• He/she ensures that a common DoM Process is available to NNB projects Document controller functionally reports to DoM Project Lead and Hierarchically to Projects Head of…
• In case DoM Project Lead is not appointed, Document controller will report functionally to the PEM
• Document controller acts under instructions and guidance of Document Management Project Lead (or PEM) who maintain the overall DoM coordination
• Timely update of MTA system with Document related objects (Documents, comments, transmittala) and information upload (Document metadata)
