Project Manager – Enterprise Customer Onboarding

About the role

As a Project Manager for Enterprise Customer Onboarding, you will own the journey from commercial handover to successful go-live for some of Sprinto’s largest customers. You will bring together the customer, Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, Product and Engineering to establish scope, manage dependencies, resolve blockers and deliver measurable customer outcomes.

What you'll do

• Bring together the customer, Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, Product and Engineering to establish scope, manage dependencies
• Lead enterprise customer implementations from post-sales handover through onboarding, go-live and transition to Customer Success
• Establish scope, outcomes, milestones, owners, dependencies and success criteria at the beginning of every project
• Build and maintain implementation plans, governance cadences, risk registers and executive status updates
• Act as the central point of coordination for the customer and internal teams throughout the implementation
