We are looking for a highly experienced Civil Engineer / Senior Project Manager with 15–20 years of hands-on construction experience to take end-to-end responsibility for the execution and supervision of a premium residential project. What you'll do

  • Take complete ownership of end-to-end project execution, from civil works through finishing and final handover
  • Supervise day-to-day construction activities and coordinate with architects, structural and MEP consultants, interior
  • Designers, contractors, vendors and specialist agencies
  • Review architectural, structural and MEP drawings and identify coordination issues before execution
  • Use AutoCAD for drawing review and basic detail modifications for site coordination
