Project Manager – New Store Rollouts

About the role

At abcoffee, speed, consistency, and capital discipline matter as much as great coffee. The Project Manager – New Store Rollouts is responsible for executing new outlet projects end-to-end -from handover to launch -ensuring every store opens on time, within budget, and to brand standards. This is a hands-on execution role for someone who enjoys being on the ground, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and driving closure.

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end execution of new outlet projects post-site finalisation
• Ensure outlets are delivered on time, within approved cost, and as per design & quality benchmarks
• Track daily progress and proactively resolve bottlenecks on site
• Vendor & Contractor Coordination
• Coordinate with civil, electrical, plumbing, signage, HVAC, equipment and furniture vendors

What you need

• 2–5 yrs of experience
• HVAC
• Site execution
• Plumbing
• Any graduate
