About the role

The EOX Talent Reporting collaborates across Talent and the business to uncover data-driven insights to solve business challenges across the talent lifecycle and enable transformational change. The Data Visualization Team within the EOX Talent Reporting team uses Talent data to address key business questions and employs best practices in data visualization to provide actionable insights in support of Talent priorities.

What you'll do

• As a PROJECT - Services Associate, Data Preparation and Reporting on the Data Visualization team, you will be responsible for…
• Ensure quality deliverables through data extraction, cleanup, formatting, and validation for Tableau dashboard refreshes
• Build automated Tableau dashboards and Tableau Prep flows by understanding data flows and interfacing systems
• Use quantitative and statistical analysis, including correlation and standard deviation, through visualization tools
• Gather requirements from internal stakeholders for new builds and enhancements; assess complexity and feasibility; propose visualization designs
