About the role

We're looking for someone who has: 15+ years of experience in Project Management, Renovations, Fit-outs, Hospitality Projects, or Design & Construction. What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of resort renovation, refurbishment, and upgrade projects
• Manage project budgets, schedules, quality standards, and overall project delivery
• Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, contractors, procurement teams, and operational stakeholders
• Drive value engineering initiatives, cost optimization strategies, and robust project governance practices
• Ensure renovation activities are executed with minimal disruption to ongoing resort operations and guest experience
