Projects Support Administrator

About the role

Assigning team members to execute tasks in ByD. Approving time entries and confirming job completion. Allocating costs and managing marine project budgets. Initiating invoice requests and identifying potential variations. Escalate client feedback to management and take proactive measures to ensure positive experiences.

What you'll do

• Coordinate with the SD/TSO/AS Team Leader to assign tasks to SD/TSO/AS colleagues, ensuring proper resource allocation
• Following up on deliverables to ensure timely completion
• Closing marine projects and ensuring all deliverables are fulfilled
• Supporting profitability reviews by providing accurate and timely marine project data
