About the role

The role involves end-to-end property operations, tenant management, maintenance coordination, financial oversight, and ensuring compliance with local regulations while delivering a high-quality living and working experience for tenants.

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned properties across Pune and/or Bangalore
• Ensure properties are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with company standards
• Conduct regular property inspections and audits
• Handle tenant onboarding, move-ins, and move-outs
• Act as the primary point of contact for tenant queries, complaints, and escalations
