  • Provide actuarial and functional support for client queries related to Prophet models and calculations under client services team
  • Collaborate with technical support and product teams on cases requiring both actuarial and technical expertise
  • Clearly explain complex actuarial and Prophet concepts to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Share actuarial expertise across the broader Prophet support team
  • Support client presentations and knowledge-sharing sessions
