About the role
The Trade Desk Officer is responsible for processing trade transactions for assigned branches under the HUB and spoke model. Th role involves close coordination with spoke branches, the Trade Central Processing Unit (CPU), product teams, and compliance units to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant execution of trade transactions.
What you'll do
- Minim trade transaction rejections through accurate documentation and processing
- Queries and rejections raised by the Trade CPU and assist spoke branches in managing trade transactions
- Ensure adherence to defined turnaround times (TAT) for all trade products
- Provide superior customer service to reduce or eliminate complaints
- Ensure all transactions comply with RBI guidelines, FEMA regulations, and internal bank policies
What you need
- 5–7 yrs of experience
