Purchase & Inventory Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase & Inventory Executive to manage procurement activities, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure timely material availability to support seamless manufacturing and project execution.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, vendor management, purchase orders, and timely material procurement
• Own inventory planning and control by maintaining optimal stock levels and ensuring uninterrupted material availability
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Production, Stores, Finance, and other stakeholders to support project execution and operational efficiency
• Maintain accurate procurement and inventory records, generate MIS reports, and drive process compliance and continuous improvement
