QA/QC Engineer – Solar PMC

About the role

The QA/QC (Quality Assurance/Quality Control) Engineer will establish, implement, and monitor the project Quality Management System (QMS) for a GW solar and integrated Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project. This role independently audits the EPC contractor's execution, manages Field Quality Plans (FQP), and oversees rigorous material testing to eliminate non-conformances before components are energized.

What you'll do

• Review and monitor ITP/FQP implementation, inspection requests, method statement quality requirements and material acceptance records
• Conduct quality surveillance for civil, MMS/tracker, module, DC/AC/MV and SCADA/control-system records within the Electrical Engineer monitored scope
• Register and monitor NCRs, observations, corrective/preventive actions, concession/deviation status and closure evidence
• Verify calibration certificates, test reports, inspection records and quality dossiers prior to completion recommendations
• Coordinate hold/witness point status with discipline engineers, EPC quality teams and Client representatives
