QC Assistant Manager

About the role

The QC/QA Assistant Manager is responsible for ensuring product quality, food safety, and compliance with regulatory and company standards in confectionery manufacturing. The role involves overseeing quality control processes, implementing quality assurance systems, and driving continuous improvement in product quality.

What you'll do

• Monitor and control quality of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
• Ensure adherence to product specifications and standards
• Supervise lab testing and inspection activities
• Implement and maintain QA systems such as HACCP, GMP, and ISO standards
• Develop and update SOPs, quality manuals, and documentation

What you need

• 5–8 yrs of experience
• Food safety
• GMP
• Chemistry
• Quality control
• Lab testing
• SOP writing
• B.Tech or B.E. or M.Tech or B.Sc or M.Sc or Diploma
