About the role

In-warranty Part failure analysis and claims from suppliers. Daily Complaint Review and analysis. Close Co-ordination with service team for DOA cases detailing. Monthly monitoring/reporting of market defect ratio using ladder chart. Daily market complaint review and analysis. 2 way monitoring of market failure parts to review effectiveness of actions taken.
