About the role

As a Quadient Trainee, you will build practical skills in Customer Communication Management (CCM) and learn how businesses create accurate, personalized, and efficient customer communications. You will receive structured exposure to Quadient products, technologies, and delivery methods while working with experienced professionals in software development and CCM.

What you'll do

Receive structured exposure to Quadient products, technologies, and delivery methods while working with experienced professionals in software development and CCM
Learn to design communication templates, connect data, automate workflows, prepare multi-channel outputs, test solutions, troubleshoot issues, and document your work
Testing and Troubleshooting: Test templates, workflows, and processes for accuracy and compliance, and troubleshoot issues involving data, templates, or delivery
