Quality Analyst at Guidehouse. Perform end-to-end Quality Assurance (QA) on AML investigations reviews across Retail Banking and Crypto domains.

What you'll do

• Perform end-to-end Quality Assurance (QA) on AML investigations reviews across Retail Banking and Crypto domains
• Assess analyst decisions on customer risk profiling, transaction analysis, sanctions screening, and suspicious activity identification
• Conduct deep-dive QC audits ensuring completeness, accuracy, regulatory alignment, and strong case narrative standards
• Evaluate use of internal systems, third-party tools, blockchain analytics (for crypto exposure), and open-source intelligence (OSINT)
• Identify gaps, risk misses, and process deviations, and ensure adherence to AML policies, regulatory guidelines, and client-specific procedures
