What you'll do

• Conduct regular audits and assessments of healthcare processes and services to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement and provide strategic solutions to optimize performance
• Collaborate with operation teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
• Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance practices and procedures
• Prepare and present reports on quality findings and recommendations to management

What you need

• 3–6 yrs of experience
• Root cause analysis
• Communication
• Accounts receivable
• Any graduate
