Quality Analyst - Sales

About the role

We are hiring a detail-oriented Quality Analyst to own call quality and lead quality for our Vendor Sales team in Bangalore. You will audit sales calls, validate that leads are correctly qualified using the BANT framework, and turn your findings into clear feedback that helps reps improve and helps leadership trust the pipeline.

What you'll do

• Audit a defined weekly sample of inbound and outbound sales calls against the Vendor Sales quality scorecard
• Evaluate calls on opening, discovery, product and vendor knowledge, objection handling, compliance, call control and next steps
• Identify critical errors such as misinformation, missed disclosures or unprofessional conduct, and escalate them promptly
• Maintain accurate audit records and score sheets in the CRM or QA tool
• Review leads passed from SDRs and sales reps to confirm they meet qualification criteria before handover to account executives
