Quality Manager for Real Estate - Punawale location at Tulip Group. Lead and manage the overall Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC) activities for residential real estate projects.

What you'll do

Lead and manage the overall Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC) activities for residential real estate projects
Ensure quality compliance for RCC, structural works, finishing works, and MEP services
Review project specifications, drawings, method statements, ITPs, checklists, and quality standards
Monitor RCC activities including reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, cube testing, curing, construction joints, and structural quality
Monitor finishing works including plaster, waterproofing, tiling, flooring, painting, doors/windows, false ceiling, façade, and other finishing activities
